10th Annual International Women’s Day Celebration

The Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women recognized the San Antonio City Council for their support of International Women’s Day on March 8th at the 10th Annual International Women’s Day Celebration. Sheryl Wudunn the first Asian-American reporter to win a Pulitzer Prize gave a fantastic speech regarding the power of growth and education for females in China. The Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women also celebrated their 45th Anniversary in 2015.
