Carolyn is a veteran escrow officer with over 30 years of experience in the title industry. Carolyn specializes in commercial real estate transactions including, SBA 504 and 7A. Carolyn has served on the boards of the real estate industry organizations, CREW, CCIM, CTAGGL, and as Chair of the 2019 Mid America Lenders conference. Carolyn is a recipient of the CREW-San Antonio EVA ROSOW Award of Excellence.
Carolyn also serves her community as an active volunteer for the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, including serving on the Western Heritage, Western Art, and Bar-B-Q committees.
