Jacquelin Castillo, M.D.

Dr. Castillo, a native of the Floresville area, was inspired to enter a career in medicine after shadowing her aunt, a dermatologist. She chose to practice family medicine and moved home after completing residency in Corpus Christi, TX. She has served as a PCP in Floresville for the last eight years, loving the relationships she has developed with her patients.

Recently Dr. Castillo was promoted to Area Medical Lead for the San Antonio Market with Conviva Care Center®, where she is devoted to senior care in San Antonio. “This promotion is bittersweet. I will be cutting down my direct clinic time but have the opportunity to be a voice for my patients and fellow clinicians in this time of evolving healthcare.” Her goal is to find innovative ideas to help patients understand their chronic conditions and focus on preventative medicine to live their best lives.

Vivian Ayoub, M.D.

Dr. Ayoub entered the medical field because of a passion for working in preventive medicine. Throughout her career, she’s been intrigued by the role that early diagnosis plays in the care and treatment of patients. A native of Houston, Dr. Vivian Ayoub serves as Medical Director for Conviva Care Center® in the San Antonio market. She joined the team in 2012 as it aligned well with her prior training and a desire to help seniors, a population that tends to be more vulnerable to medical issues.

“Seniors’ health issues are sometimes attributed to old age or just naturally happening without looking into the reasoning with a deeper analysis,” she says. “I feel it’s important to leave no stone unturned, and for that reason, I love Conviva and how we care for our senior patients. Our EDAPS (Early Detection and Preventive Screening) program enables our patients to live their best and healthiest life.”
