Originally from Boerne, I attended the University of Dallas where I met and married my husband, David Khirallah. Together, we attended law school at Ave Maria in Naples, Florida before moving to Dallas where I started my career.
A former Chief Prosecutor, I started my career at the Denton County District Attorney’s Office. When I joined the DAs office in 2012, fifteen prosecutors were assigned to the criminal courts, and of the fifteen, only two were men. In what once was a predominantly male field, I worked alongside some of the best female prosecutors I have ever come across.
Our law firm handles criminal cases only, we don’t do divorces or car accidents. I have always believed in specialization in the legal field, do one thing, and do it better than anyone else. We have offices in San Antonio, South Texas, and the Hill Country with plans to expand further.
BRCK’s goal is to provide unmatched and affordable legal representation. No client should feel “stuck” because they cannot afford someone to zealously represent them in court. They deserve an attorney who cares about them and the collateral consequences that the case may have on their family, their job, and their life.
I am a Partner at BRCK Defense where I have the privilege of working alongside other incredible lawyers, paralegals, and interns who all share my goals and aspirations for the law firm. I also oversee an amazing associate attorney named Nicolette Saenz, who I am excited to mentor.
I have been selected as “Texas Rising Star” and “Texas Super Lawyer” for 2020 and 2021 by Thomson Reuters and published in Texas Monthly. I have also been selected “Top 40 Under 40″ by The National Trial Lawyers Association for 2018-2020. And most recently, I was recognized by Scene in S.A as a Top Criminal Defense Lawyer in San Antonio.
After several years of practicing up north, my husband and I decided to build our dream home in Boerne where our boys Davey, Daniel+, Gabriel, and Charlie could enjoy the country life.
