Do you ever wake up feeling tired? We do! Here are 6 ways to get better sleep. We will definitely be trying these!

1 – Get more melatonin

2 – Exercise!

Take the time to exercise on a regular basis and your body will be better prepared to sleep while also giving you more energy during the daytime.

3 – Eat foods with high magnesium

Magnesium calms the nerves system, relaxes you and prepares you for sleep!

Eat foods with high magnesium like almonds, avocados, potatoes, soybeans, and brown rice.4 – Drink chamomile tea

Chamomile tea has been used for centuries to relax the muscles and ease mental stress before bed.

Bananas contain tryptophan, potassium and magnesium as well, which are muscle relaxants. Have one half-an-hour before bed every night and up your magnesium levels while simultaneously relaxing your muscles.
