Recipes: Blackberry Agua Fresca

Ingredients:

1 pint blackberries

2 sprigs cilantro

1/4 oz. fresh ginger

ground coriander (to taste)

2 cups orange juice

1 sprig rosemary to garnish

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender with crushed ice.
  2. Blend until mixed thoroughly and serve with a rosemary sprig.
