Ingredients

hard-boiled eggs
mashed, or finely chopped

avocado
mashed

jalapeño
seeded, and finely minced

tablespoon
red onion
minced

lime
juiced

teaspoon
Garlic powder
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. To help blend the flavors, chill for several hours.
Serve with veggies, crackers or make a sandwich!
